1. The lower part of the double columns is firmly connected with the bed and the upper part is firmly connected with the crossbeam, and the bed, double columns and crossbeam form a rigid closed frame structure.
2. The grinding machine is equipped with a safety-type grinding wheel with a buffer protection device. The grinding wheel adopts reasonable structural modification to ensure the safety of the operator.
3. The horizontal grinding head is designed with high precision flanged spindle. It adopts three pairs of ultra-precision angular contact bearings with high-temperature-resistant high-grade grease, which are completely sealed and require no additional maintenance. Therefore, high quality features such as low noise, high precision and low temperature can be maintained when grinding.
4. The worktable adopts fully supported double-V self-locating hard rail design, the base rail is processed by high-frequency, and the table guideway is affixed with PTFE guideway tape to ensure good smoothness and guiding of the table's motion guideway.
